HEA Hiring Home Based Workers






HEA hires all year round for a variety of positions. We have a growing business and in constant of new employees. All of our employees are allowed to work entirely from home on their computers. Not only do we provide customers with work at home jobs, we also offer them. Applicants hired will be independent contractors for the first year and become full-time employees with health and other benefits after one year. Independent Contractors will need to complete an Independent Contractor Agreement Form, a W-2 Tax Form, a W-9 Tax Form and a 1099 MISC Tax Form. Any applicant that is considered for a position, will be contacted by email or phone within 2 weeks of their resume submission. We will provide and request additional information at that time.

The hiring process works on a first come first hired basis. This basically means that once you submit a resume, it is placed in a resume database in the order that you applied. If you are the 35th person to apply for the job, your resume will be placed in the 35th position in the database. When resumesare removed, the other resumes are then moved up. We are constantly in need of employees because of the high turn over rate which means that we could end up hiring up to 50 workers in one year. Many people who apply for work at home jobs realize that there are most likely hundreds of other applicants vying for the same position. Whenever an applicant is removed from our database or dismissed from a job, the next resume is immediately moved up which means someone who is in 294th position, can be in the 8th position by the end of the year. We wanted to explain our hiring process so applicants are not discouraged from applying for the jobs available.

The positions can be performed entirely from home. There are no location requirements, you can work in any city, state or country. These are temporary and part-time (10 to 15 hours a week). If your work is satisfactory, the position will become permanent and full-time (30 hours or more a week). You can work any day or hour of the day. Experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided. You will need a home computer, a printer, text editing and spreadsheet software (MS Office is preferred), a reliable email address and a reliable Internet connection (a high speed connection is preferred). Must know how to read, write and talk in the English. Please remember we do not require a membership or any fees to apply for the jobs below, all we request is your resume. Resumes will be kept in our database for up to a year.
